    Easy to use and safe retractable fly screen door

    If someone walks into the mesh, it automatically retracts back into the cassette, making it a safe choice for homes with children and pets.

    Durable and unobtrusive

    The dark mesh is designed to be as unobtrusive as possible while still keeping insects and small debris out effectively. The frame is built to last year after year, and the mesh can be replaced if it becomes damaged.

    Two installation options – choose the best fit for your door

    The SOLAR fly screen door can be fitted in two different positions, depending on your doorway construction:

    Mounted to the door frame (over the door opening):

    • Fixed to the door frame next to the architraves
    • The most common option
    • Suitable for almost all door openings

    Mounted within the door opening (inside the frame):

    • Installed between an external and an internal door, on top of the threshold
    • Less common option
    • Suitable where the opening has two doors

    Perfect fit and easy installation

    All SOLAR Fly Screen Doors are made to measure for your doorway. Custom sizing ensures a neat, close-fitting finish that won’t sag in use.

    Installation is straightforward to do yourself. The door frame is assembled on the floor, lifted into position and secured. The package includes all required components and clear instructions. Please read theinstallation instructions before fitting.

    The fly screen door is made in Finland and carries the Key Flag Symbol. You’ll also receive a 5-year guarantee and fast delivery.

  • Frame

    • Edges in powder-coated or anodised aluminium
    • Four colour options
    • Extra-strong vertical magnet that holds the door firmly closed when it engages with the mating strip

    Mesh:

    • PVC-coated fibreglass
    • Mesh size: 1 mm
    • Colour: always dark grey

    Design and operation:

    • Retractable vertical door screen solution
    • The mesh retracts into the side cassette when not in use
    • Automatically retracts back into the cassette if someone walks into it
    • A safe choice for homes with children and pets

    Installation:

    • Two fixing options: mounted to the door frame or fitted within the opening (see Product details for more information)
