We sell products to private individuals and businesses. We deliver online shop orders within Finland.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">All product prices include VAT at 25.5%. Prices in the Solar online shop are shown in euros (\u20ac). Delivery charges are added in accordance with the current price list. We reserve the right to change prices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ordering<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Orders are placed via Solar Kaihdin Oy\u2019s online shop at <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.solar.fi\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">www.solar.fi<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the delivery terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Order confirmation<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">An order confirmation is sent automatically by email once the order has been placed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Lead times<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Under normal circumstances, the lead time for standard products is <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">7 working days<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. A \u201cstandard product\u201d means a product from our range that is made in stock colours and remains within the stated sizelimits. If a product is in a special colour, a special design, or exceeds the size limits, we will inform you of the lead time when you place the order. Only stock colours can be selected in the online shop.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Accessories and spare parts may be dispatched sooner, as they are kept in stock.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"><br \/>\n<\/span>We reserve the right to delays in delivery<\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Delivery methods and delivery charges<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Delivery charges are added according to the current price list and the weight of the shipment. Available delivery options are Matkahuolto, Posti, home delivery by DB Schenker, or collection from our factory in Kalajoki. If the packaging is damaged, the condition of the contents must be checked.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">If the products are damaged, you must request that Matkahuolto, Schenker or Posti records the damage on the consignment note. Notifications and photos of transport damage must be sent without delay byemail to <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">solar@solar.fi<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Exchanges and returns<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Our products are made to order as bespoke products, excluding spare parts and accessories. <\/span>Bespoke (made-to-measure) products do not have an exchange or return right. Solar has the right to charge a <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u20ac15<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> handling and return fee for orders that are not collected.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Complaints and claims<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Any complaint must be reported without delay to Solar Kaihdin Oy by email to <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">solar@solar.fi<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. To speed up processing, please attach a photo of the possible defect and include your online shop order number.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Warranty<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">SOLAR standard products made to order are covered by a <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">five-year warranty<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. The customer must review the delivery and warranty terms and conditions in force when placing the order.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Spare parts ordered separately are not covered by a warranty.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Payment<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Products and delivery charges are paid at checkout using your chosen payment method. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your bank statement or card statementand will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution. It is sufficient that we can verify the connection between the buyer and the companythey represent. Use of this payment method requires a Finnish Business ID and Finnish online banking credentials for the purchaser. The buyer\u2019s purchase authorisation is verified digitally. The required measurement may be the opening size or the manufacturing size (please check the sizinginstructions for the product on the product page).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The measurement to be provided is indicated below the measurement field in our online shop products. The opening size may differ from the manufacturing size.
